Restaurarea distileriei, ultima din cele 5 pastrate din Lowland, a durat mai bine de zece ani dar si astazi admiram acelasi stil victorian impresionant, cladirile din celebra caramida rosie, casele pentru muncitori si aerul aparte al covorului de iarba care imprejmuieste locul, si chiar si un mic muzeu al vechii instalatii de distilare.<\/p>\n<p>Glenkinchie este un single malt scotian din zona Edinburgh, invechit timp de 12 ani in butoaie speciale. In fiecare pahar ni se dezvaluie un spirit tanar, dinamic, cu multa pofta de viata. Glenkinchie degaja un parfum usor cu arome de vanilie, citrice si flori salbatice si are un gust cu note usoare de alune si cereale proaspete, impreuna aducand o tenta de prospetime.
